Doors open 15 minutes before class begins. While spontaneous drop-ins are always welcome, I would appreciate advance notice if you plan to attend, as it helps with better preparation.
Katharina's yoga classes are perfect for winding down after a workday, moving a bit after a day in the office and starting the evening relaxed. With my moderately advanced yoga level, it's important to me that the sessions are not too advanced, yet still challenge my limits and allow for progress. Katharina, as a yoga instructor, meets these demands and creates a great experience for all participants. I highly recommend practicing yoga with Katharina.
I have attended several yoga classes before but Kathi’s was very different from all of them. I loved the mix between her sharing her knowledge, breath work and gentle stretches and movements. The combination felt very intuitive to me and her calm voice managed to take my mind off stressful things in my life and enabled me to actually be in the moment and allow myself to take this time to just be and take care of myself which doesn’t come naturally to me. I left the session feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and motivated to tackle the next day and I will definitely be coming back!
Kathi is an exceptionally friendly person. Her classes are varied and usually include breathing exercises, which really help me to relax and let go of everyday stress. I really feel comfortable and taken care of in her classes. I can recommend her as an experienced and empathetic yoga teacher. Go check out her classes, she is wonderful!
